Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our U.S. growth through targeted outbound prospecting and lead generation. This role will focus primarily on building a sales pipeline by researching, identifying, and engaging prospective clients, leveraging tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to book high-quality meetings.

In addition to outbound prospecting, this role offers exposure to the Google ecosystem, including opportunities to attend Google events and interact with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) contacts, making it an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to launch a career in digital marketing and ad tech sales. You'll receive direct mentorship from senior sales leaders, hands-on training, and a clear path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified meetings with target accounts
  • Research and engage prospects using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data tools
  • Support sales pipeline growth for products like Seamless Search and other media solutions
  • Shadow senior sales reps on discovery calls, progressing toward independently qualifying opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM data in HubSpot
  • Participate in select Google-related networking opportunities to build industry knowledge
  • Share market insights and prospect feedback to inform sales strategy and outreach effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role; exceptional college graduates considered
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the confidence to engage decision-makers
  • Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Interest in digital marketing, advertising technology, or SaaS sales
  • NYC-based or willing to travel periodically for events and team collaboration
