A company is looking for a Property Accountant - Owned Assets.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements and accounting reports, making appropriate journal entries
Review budgets, invoices, and other accounting documents, resolving discrepancies as necessary
Perform bank reconciliations, manage mortgage payments, and coordinate accounting control procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial settings, with knowledge of GAAP
Employment history demonstrating the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with strong time management skills
