Offer Based on Years of Experience Salary : $23.00-24.00 / Hour Shift : Monday-Friday Hours : 8 : 00 AM -5 : 00 PM Bilingual English / Spanish Speaking required

Staffing Coord Responsibilities :
Receives requests for home care services and schedules / reschedules Care Partners as necessary. Gathers all necessary case information from caller. Checks Care Partner availability in ContinuLinkSchedule / reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability. Confirms and verifies schedules with clients and Care Partners and verifies that all visits are madeCalls client to confirm care schedule. Confirms Care Partner availability and understanding of the case. Communicates results to office staff, if necessaryResponsible for entering and maintaining schedules in ContinueLink systemConfirms / updates Care Partner availability / history dailyMaintains all client information / changes daily.
