BARTENDER / SERVER

We are looking to add a Bartender to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Essential Functions :

• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Complete orders for beverages and supplies
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Wash bar glasses / dishes
• Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
• Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
• Responds to questions and special requests
• Provides information and directions
• Take guest orders; beverage orders, food orders
• Knowledge of food menu and beverage menu
• Collaborate with other team members including back of house to ensure guest satisfaction
• Issue bills and accept payment
