Director Of Student Success
This position provides administration, supervision, leadership, and direction for multiple areas of the student affairs division. This includes, but is not limited to, academic support services, academic advising, success navigators, selective admissions / advising, and testing services across the college. The position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, services, and processes designed to increase the matriculation rate from accepted to enrolled, course completion, speed to graduation rate, persistence, retention, and student success of all students. The position ensures integration of efforts across faculty, staff, and administration, and maintains fiscal and operational accountability over the various student affairs areas.
