Join our growing team as an Outside Truss Sales Rep in Washington State. We are a well-established building materials company specializing in roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products for residential, multifamily, and light commercial projects.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Truss Sales Reps to expand our reach and build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and developers. Outside Truss Sales Rep Job Responsibilities :

As an Outside Truss Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our company in the field, working directly with builders, contractors, and developers to provide building product solutions and ultimately grow market share. Your responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and developers throughout your assigned territory.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Working closely with estimating, design, and production teams to deliver accurate bids and project solutions.
• Conducting on-site visits, presentations, and jobsite meetings to promote our products and services.
• Understanding customers' needs to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for all orders.
• Meeting or exceeding territory growth goals and sales targets.
