We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, youll work closely with clients to successfully implement Engagewares Appointment Scheduling solution. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping configure and deliver tailored implementations across banking, wealth management, and enterprise clients.
This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and customer success ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Customer Engagement
- Lead customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engagewares Appointment Scheduler
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs
- Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Conduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs)
- Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolution
Technical Configuration & Integration
Customize solutions using Appointment Schedulers administrative interface and tools such as HTML, XML / XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQLMap and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML filesConfigure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing toolsWork with REST / SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrationsTraining, Support & Documentation
Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholdersTroubleshoot business and technical issuesShare client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teamsContribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updatesHelp customers implement best practices based on Engagewares deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling spaceRequired Qualifications
10+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacityStrong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIsPost-secondary degree in a technical fieldExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsExperience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or WrikeAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications
SaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar productsFinancial services industry experienceSalesforce admin certification or equivalent experienceFluent in both English and Spanish
