About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Tax Advisor with strong tax expertise to join our
team. This is a pivotal role as we restructure responsibilities across the firm : you'll take the lead
on client tax intake and relationship management, while collaborating closely with our lead
accountant and our investment advisory team.
This role is ideal for a CPA with a CFP (or in active pursuit of the CFP) who thrives in a client-
facing position, brings initiative, and is eager to grow with a dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client tax intake, preparation, and relationship management, ensuring accuracy
 
and a personal, client-first experience.
Collaborate with our remote lead accountant on backend tax work, coordinatingtechnical details and workflow.
Partner with investment advisors to deliver integrated tax and wealth managementstrategies.
Manage client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and a "soft touch" approach.Take initiative in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and managing upwardwithout waiting for direction.
Contribute to firm wide transition as we reassign existing staff responsibilitiesMaintain compliance with tax and financial planning regulations, while staying currentwith industry trends.
Qualifications
Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or open to getting it3-5 years of professional tax and financial planning experienceStrong technical tax expertise with demonstrated client-facing experienceExperience in 3 full end-to-end tax seasons : individual, corporate (includingpartnership), trust, and estate returns
Preferred
Experience balancing both tax preparation and advisory responsibilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh personal accountability, self-starter mindset, and ability to manage upwardComfortable working independently and collaboratively across remote and in-person settings
Work Environment

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range : $75,000 - $95,000 (up to $100,000 for candidates with exceptionalskills).
