Estimator – Commercial / Industrial Construction

Location : Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, IA

Role : Seeking a Commercial / Industrial Construction Estimator to drive estimating and bidding for projects in wastewater, industrial manufacturing or large general construction. Must be comfortable with take-offs, subcontractor scopes, cost databases, value engineering and bid strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead quantity take-offs, cost modeling, subcontractor solicitation.

Develop detailed budgets, scope summaries, risk assessments for bids.

Collaborate with business development, pre‐construction and operations teams.

Maintain and update cost databases, historical project metrics.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.

5+ years of commercial / industrial estimating experience, preferably with wastewater or heavy industrial.

Skilled in Estimating software, Excel, cost databases.

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
