Job Description

We are partnering with multiple law firms in the Los Angeles area that are seeking Litigation Attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join their teams. These firms represent a diverse client base across California in a full spectrum of employment law matters, including workplace harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims, class actions, and other employment-related litigation.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing employment litigation cases from pre-litigation through trial or arbitration
• Conducting depositions, handling discovery, motion practice, and court hearings
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and persuasive advocacy
• Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and agency proceedings
• Working closely with senior attorneys on strategy and maintaining strong client communication

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $250,000 , plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses and quarterly billable-hour bonuses . Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location / market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
