Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of DSCR and investor mortgage loans, ensuring accurate record-keeping

Review and organize borrower and property documentation for compliance with investor guidelines

Calculate and validate key metrics to ensure alignment with lender requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience

Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and closing requirements

Experience in a high-volume loan processing environment

Proficiency with wholesale broker portals

Familiarity with DSCR or non-QM lending is a plus
