Job descriptionLead the payroll tax team and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate filings and payments Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations Research, analyze, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and system issues Oversee audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting activities Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure proper employee tax setup and reporting Support process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency Coach and mentor staff, fostering accountability and continuous development 7+ years of payroll tax experience within large, multi-state organizations Leadership experience managing payroll or tax professionals Strong technical understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance practices Proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll systems (Workday or similar) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Our client is looking for a Payroll Tax Manager. This position is onsite located in Beverly Hills, CA.
- Salary : $82,000 - $90,000
