LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Pathology MD in Kentucky!

About The Position

We are seeking an AP / CP Pathologist for a flexible, part-time locum tenens position in Kentucky starting Dec 1, 2025. This assignment offers a 48-day contract, working alongside one other pathologist in a well-established lab. The schedule is open, with options for half days, full days, a few days a week, or a few days a month, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with one other pathologist in a well-established laboratory
  • Review and interpret interesting cases involving a lower socioeconomic population
  • Provide both anatomic and clinical pathology services
  • Maintain a pleasant and low-stress work environment
  • Additional Information

  • Kentucky medical license required
  • Board certification not required
  • High chance for long-term extension
  • Credentialing process takes approximately 6–8 weeks
