You’ll do

Consult with clients by phone / email to learn preferences and budgets

Research and build custom itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, insurance)

Book and confirm reservations, manage changes and post-booking support

Keep accurate records and follow supplier policies and timelines

Maintain excellent client communication and deliver timely follow-ups

You bring

Strong customer-service and written / verbal communication skills

Good attention to detail and comfort using booking tools and web platforms

Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines

A positive, problem-solving attitude; travel experience or certifications a plus

Bilingual candidates welcome (optional)
