Job Description

Quality Control – With Industrial Experience

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a position for Quality Control – with industrial experience for a company based in Saginaw, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for inspecting dimensions and surface condition of formed steel components.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour or DOE

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 5 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Quality Control – with industrial experience Duties and Responsibilities

Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble components.
Reading work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure proper execution.
Recording assembly processes and any necessary fixes for future reference.
Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during assembly.
Combining mechanical and electrical parts to create functioning products.
Inspecting and testing completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.

Quality Control – with industrial experience Qualifications and Requirements

Must be able to read a tape measure.

Must have at least 1 year experience in steel manufacturing.

Able to use a forklift and crane desired but not necessary.

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Ensuring accuracy in assembly and quality control.

Precision in handling small parts and tools.
