Henkel is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Retail Sales Team focused on one of our most strategic retail partners : Lowe's Home Improvement. This highly visible and impactful role is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, commercially minded professional who thrives on turning insights into action and supports category growth through analytics and strategy. You'll serve as a strategic partner to our Key Account Managers, delivering deep analysis and forward-thinking recommendations that unlock growth opportunities in the sealants and adhesives category. You'll work across multiple data sources and tools to shape insights that inform customer conversations, support joint business planning, and ultimately drive revenue and market share. This role is ideal for someone who loves data and numbers, is passionate about using analytics to drive business growth, and is confident in taking full ownership of the team's analytics. You'll be encouraged to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

What Makes You A Good Fit
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Analytics, or a related field. This role is a hybrid position in Mooresville, North Carolina. 5+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably in CPG or retail account management. Strong working knowledge of retail data tools, with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills. (Familiarity with Lowe's Vendor Partner Plus (VPP) platform is a plus.) Proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple, compelling narratives that influence decision-making. Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting sales or category teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. An engaging personality that builds trust and makes data approachable for business audiences.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
