Staff Red Team Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Red Team Engineer to join their Security team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, scope, and execute sophisticated red team engagements to test security controls

Conduct advanced penetration testing and exploit development to identify vulnerabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for improving security posture

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on offensive security

Expertise in exploiting vulnerabilities in web applications, networks, and cloud environments

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP

Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Go, or Java

Ability to think like an adversary and apply an adversarial mindset to complex systems
