8+ years of experience in learning and development and performance management

Proven success in designing and delivering impactful learning programs

Expertise in applying AI technologies in corporate learning and talent management

Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles

Experience in leading performance management processes and using analytics to evaluate effectiveness
