• Experience : 15 years in Healthcare Payer / PBM data architecture with proven leadership of enterprise-scale data modernization and cloud migration programs Overview Drive strategic growth within our payer accounts by leading enterprise data modernization cloud migration and analytics initiatives.
• This client-facing Principal Consultant will combine deep healthcare payer domain expertise with hands-on data architecture solution design and program leadership to position Hexaware as a trusted advisor to enterprise data teams and strategic programs. Core responsibilities
• Act as technical and strategic lead for large multi-project enterprise data programs; advise C-suite and enterprise data leaders on data strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate payer business and regulatory priorities (risk adjustment STAR / HEDIS Medicaid / Medicare payment integrity) into pragmatic data solutions.
• Define and evangelize reference architectures and principles for cloud-native data platforms (Lakehouse data mesh) metadata lineage security and MDM.
• Architect target-state data models and migration approaches for data lake / data warehouse consolidation and cloud migration.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate vendors to deliver scalable ingestion transformation streaming and reporting solutions for claims enrollment provider clinical and Rx data.
• Implement data governance cataloging observability and data quality frameworks; ensure HIPAA / PHI / PII controls and regulatory compliance.
