In this role, you will review publications developed by Cadent, ensuring they are accurate and professional from a grammatical, scientific, and style perspective, and meet client and industry standards. You will :

• Perform editorial reviews of manuscripts, abstracts, and posters, including cold reads, copy edits, W4Ws, and check changes, depending on designated times in job lifecycle
• Review deliverables for content, grammar, and spelling as well as for AMA or client style and consistency within the piece and among related projects
• Ensure the quality of format and visual quality of layout for poster assignments (including PDF and PowerPoint layouts)
• Establish working relationship with publications director to maintain line of communication for weekly availability
• Accurately track time spent on each job and enter in time-tracking system at completion of each assignment

Essential Requirements :

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $65.00 - $70.00 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
