We’re hiring Floral Sales Associates to help travelers discover and enjoy beautiful flowers on the go. Ideal candidates are friendly, fashion-forward, and love storytelling through flowers. You’ll assist customers with choosing the perfect bouquet, keep the shop sparkling, and help drive strong retail sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide excellent hospitality at every interaction.
- Upsell bouquets, add-on items (candles, cards), and limited-edition gifts.
- Restock merchandise, keep floral displays looking polished and fresh.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Be an ambassador for the Lily Palmer brand at BNA.
