Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Float Pool

Company : The McGuire Group Western New York Region

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift

Overview : The McGuire Group is seeking dedicated and flexible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents across multiple local skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, based on staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who are reliable, adaptable, and eager to make a difference across multiple sites.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality resident care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)
• Accurately document resident care using EMR systems
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while adapting to new environments
