GSD&M is a creatively-driven, full-service agency born and raised in the heart of Texas.

We are searching for a Fall 2024 Art Director Assistant seeking to gain hands-on, real word experience in a project-based program to further develop their knowledge of the advertising industry.

Must be enrolled as a relevant junior, senior or graduate-level student at their college or university (Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Art, Communication). *Must be enrolled in a Creative Sequence or Portfolio School/Program.*

What you'll do:

• Be mentored by Creative Directors and seasoned GSD&Mers
• Build your portfolio with real client work
• Follow agency creative briefs and learn process for life cycle of projects/campaigns
• Concept for client projects
• Learn craftsmanship and detail
