Base pay range : $182,899.00 / yr – $274,454.00 / yr

Position Summary : The VP, Precon & Estimation manages all activities related to the management and oversight of the Preconstruction department, which includes oversight of all estimation activities and personnel for construction projects sought by CPG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general deliverables for assigned projects during preconstruction from proposals to issuing subcontracts and equipment purchase orders.
• Serve as department lead responsible for estimation of potential projects that CPG is bidding.
• Provide oversight on RFI and submittal processes.
• Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue.
