The Relocation & Operations Coordinator is a dynamic, cross-functional role responsible for supporting international healthcare professionals through both their immigration journey and relocation to the United States. This position requires a high level of flexibility, shifting between immigration processing and relocation support as business priorities evolve. The coordinator ensures timely and accurate handling of immigration & operations documentation, while also facilitating a smooth transition for clinicians and their families into their new communities. Success in this role depends on strong communication, organization, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of both departments.
Job Responsibilities
Relocation Support
Assist international nurses and families with relocation logistics, including housing, schools, and transportation.Establish relationships with property managers and negotiate leases aligned with corporate guidelines.Ensure relocation files are complete within 7 days of assignment start; enter loans and contact info into AMIE within 2 days, and update Odoo.Provide pre-departure letters and anticipate after-hours relocation needs.Track relocation expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.Maintain ongoing communication with clinicians to ensure satisfaction and resolve any relocation-related issues.Partners with internal departments (e.g., Credentialing, Clinician Support, and Account Management) to ensure a seamless transition and compliance with each new hire.Immigration Support
Manage assigned healthcare professionals (HPs) from USCIS I-140 filing through U.S. Embassy appointments and Green Card issuance.Prepare and submit immigration documentation including I-140 applications, ETA9089 forms, and support letters.Maintain accurate records in Odoo, including tracking numbers, budget dates, and case statuses.Conduct immigration calls to review Department of State requirements and personal circumstances.Monitor USCIS and NVC timelines, proactively addressing delays and communicating with HPs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely processing.Be willing to flex to other Int'l operations teams, including licensure, education credentialing, and English program, based on business needs.Cross-Functional Flexibility
Demonstrate agility in shifting priorities and responsibilities between operations and relocation functions, ensuring seamless support wherever the business need is greatest-even on short notice or in high-pressure situations.Flex between operations and relocation tasks based on business needs and departmental priorities.Collaborate with other international internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.Attend weekly meetings with leadership to review priority cases and operational updates.Support other Operations functions as needed, including credentialing and licensure.Key Skills

Pay Rate
$18.25 - $21.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
