Equiliem is seeking a LPN / LVN Vaccination for a local contract job in Mesa, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Vaccination

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00

Floating : There is potential the clinician will be needed to be assigned to other clinics, but with at least a 24-hour notice. Additional clinics are in Phoenix, Glendale and Goodyear.

Skillset :

  • Able to screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting.
  • Able to deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through notes, reporting forms, consent forms and computer databases.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Appropriately store and handle all vaccines.

  • Provide proof of administered vaccines and education to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Required Experience :

  • One (1) or more years of current nursing experience
  • Community based nursing experience and / or immunization nursing experience

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Two (2) or more years of current nursing experience
  • Bilingual skills in English / Spanish

    • Required Licensure :

  • AZ or compact state Registered Nursing License

    • Additional Information :

  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire
  • Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check
  • Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed
