Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking Pharmacists to join the team at a tribal hospital / clinic in Peridot, AZ . This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment while experiencing one of the most scenic parts of Arizona.

Open Positions : Outpatient Clinic

Emergency Department(Night Shift)

Must have hospital / clinical experience

Must be willing to obtain BLS / ACLS / PALS certifications

True decentralized ED role

Details :

Location : San Carlos Peridot Hospital Peridot, AZ

Schedule : 10-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM)

IT System : RPMS (similar to VAs Vista system)

Requirements :

Active U.S. Pharmacist License ( any state license accepted )

1+ year of hospital experience or PGY1 residency preferred

Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a tribal healthcare environment

Housing :

VERY nice on-campus housing available, fully furnished

(Itis a large home with rooms / car port. Cleaners e weekly)

Shared housing : $400 / month

Individual housing : $1200 / month
