Senior Product Manager, AI / ML

Why We Have This Role

Were defining the future of AI-powered insights by working with both structured and unstructured data to transform the experience management category. In this role, you will build and maintain strong business cases for products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and key use cases. Youll own the full product lifecycle across multiple functional areas from framing the problem and aligning the solution to planning, delivering, and iterating, ensuring our products become world-class offerings that meet real customer needs.

How Youll Find Success

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand enterprise customer needs and pain points related to AI.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps for the AI platform.
• Prioritize features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define product specifications and ensure the platform meets customer requirements.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in enterprise AI and translate them into product opportunities.
• Create compelling product presentations and marketing materials to drive adoption of the AI platform.

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range

$147,500 — $211,500 USD
