We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Leasing Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at Lake Castleton Apartments in Indianapolis, IN! Key responsibilities include :

• Train, mentor, and energize leasing consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide insightful analysis and feedback to improve performance and ensure accountability.
