Job Description : The Project Management Specialist will assist with integration between cross-functional groups and assist with movement of students (prospective candidates) along our hiring pipeline by monitoring progress and reaching out proactively to remove barriers.
Position Responsibilities :
Communicate frequently with Human Resources and Engineering Teams responsible for recruiting processes to ensure information is up to date and accurate.
Identify common roadblocks and barriers facing candidates or internal stakeholders and raise them to leadership for removal.
Monitor progress of candidates through the hiring stages and reach out to the candidate or relevant stakeholder where additional assistance is needed to meet SLAs.
Represent client's values & behaviors and act as a brand ambassador for university students who have applied for internships and entry level positions.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Skills :
2+ years of experience in Business Operations or Project / Program Management
3+ years in high volume customer service role
3+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills :
Experience in customer service leadership or lead roles
Experience with process improvement
