A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote - Temp. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate queues or individuals Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and encourage potential customers to engage with licensed sales representatives Ensure a positive experience for members and prospects during each call Required Qualifications 1-2 years of call center sales experience 1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred Proven success in a remote work environment Collections and / or insurance sales experience is a plus Must demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude while developing rapport with customers
