The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager with a strong content creation focus to lead our growth initiatives. As our first marketing hire, you will report directly to the Cofounder and oversee both U.S.-based part-time personnel and offshore full-time resources.
The ideal candidate is driven by growth and understands how their contributions directly influence revenue. You will manage our social media channels and replicate our early successes in short-form content while also having the opportunity to expand into long-form SEO and GEO operations.
Your responsibilities will include :
Video & Written Social Content - Build upon the successful short-form social content strategy, producing new engaging video and written material within your first 90 days (30% of your time).Foundational SEO & GEO Content - Develop high-quality, authority-building blog content that attracts and informs our target audience, as well as manage the company website's evolution (45% of your time).Paid Social Media Marketing - Create and manage targeted ads using a mix of content formats across multiple platforms (15% of your time).Event Marketing Support - Assist with planning and executing at 3-5 conferences annually, including creating promotional materials and providing onsite support (10% of your time).Future State : Data-Driven Content - Launch unique content based on insights generated by AMT’s automation tools, targeted for mid-2026.What We’re Looking For :
3-5 years of digital marketing and content experienceStrong written and verbal English communication skillsActive engagement on platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram ReelsDiverse content creation abilities, including blog articles, social posts, and videosA self-starter with a desire to learn and innovateA process-oriented approach with strong organizational skillsExcitement about developing leadership capabilitiesEnthusiasm for harnessing AI for productivityExperience with various social media ad platformsFamiliarity with multimedia editing tools like Canva, Capcut, etc.Preferred Qualifications :
Understanding of SEO basicsInterest in GEO / AEO strategiesPassion for digital marketingFamiliarity with CMS toolsExperience in B2B marketing or influencer / social media landscapesPrevious startup experienceFamiliarity with automation / AI tools like AirOps or ClayLocation & Work Style
Our office is situated in San Francisco, where 80% of the team works onsite. While we prefer candidates to work in-person, we welcome exceptional remote applicants in North America who can visit the office occasionally.
