Embrace the opportunity to excel as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Critical Care, where your expertise transforms patient outcomes and shapes the future of nursing. Utilizing the Synergy Model, you will :
- Mentor and guide newly hired staff through their initial 90 to 180 days (up to 18 months at PAMC), ensuring a smooth transition into our clinical setting.
- Engage within the nurse-patient, nurse-nurse, and nurse-system dynamics.
- Promote a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach to health care delivery in your specialty area.
- Champion excellence in nursing by implementing clinical standards of practice and setting competency benchmarks for team members.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and clinical expertise to act as a clinical resource, provide patient care consultations, and assess the effects of best practices on patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical rounds with the multi-disciplinary health care team and build strong relationships with physicians to enhance collaboration that benefits staff, patients, and the community.
