Position Overview :

The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that all aspects of the case are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

In this dynamic role, you will be empowered to advocate for our clients, identify issues that may arise during the case process, and develop innovative solutions to address them.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a case load of personal injury files, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the process.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Collect and organize necessary documentation, including medical records and bills.
• Investigate claims and gather relevant evidence to support the case.
• Work in collaboration with attorneys to prepare cases for litigation and settlement.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency in case management.
