Eugene Alliance is looking to hire a new Lead Pastor.

The Search Committee of the Eugene Alliance Church in Eugene, Oregon invites applications for the position of Lead Pastor. Eugene Alliance is seeking someone who:

1. Accurately and enthusiastically delivers and exegetes the Word of God in a variety of settings
2. Has a Spirit-filled character and demonstrates healthy relationships with others
3. Seeks the Lord's guidance and consults with others regularly
4. Has strong leadership qualities which are enhanced by shepherding skills
5. Values and models peacemaking and reconciliation
