Lion Country Safari is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Guest Services & Amusement Park Attendants who bring a positive attitude, excellent guest service, and a team-focused mindset. This role combines responsibilities across guest services, amusement operations, and park support to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. Applicants must be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Overview

The Seasonal Guest Services & Amusement Park Attendant will welcome guests, assist with admissions, operate rides and attractions, and help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable park environment. This hands-on role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Sell tickets, annual passes, and redeem complimentary or third-party admission.
• Answer guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Use point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate cash handling, including starting / closing counts.
• Provide accurate information on park attractions, animals, and special offers.
