Job description : Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Mall of America location. As part of our team, you’ll help create an engaging customer experience, inspire your staff, and drive results while representing a brand with a mission.
Duties
- Manager will need to manage schedule for a team of 6-8 employees
- Lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manager will have to respond to any emergencies or fill the schedule / open and close the store if no one else is available
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandise
- Train and coach team members to grow within their roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
- Build strong customer relationships and represent the brand positively
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with strong supervisory experienceBasic sewing machine skills desired, or we can also train you in on it.2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (mall or specialty retail is a plus)Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goalsHighly organized with attention to detailPassionate about customer experience and brand mission.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial integrity within the store operations.Join our team as a Store Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving success through effective leadership and exceptional customer service!
