Supportive Training / Resources : Virtual Reality + Hands-on Simulation Shadowing shifts Clinical Procedure Manual embedded in EMR 24 / 7 Clinical On-Call Support Professional Growth : Shared Governance Committee Clinical Quality Metrics Measured Monthly DAISY Recognition Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Virtual Onboarding : Making your onboarding process a breeze, along with a virtual orientation Comprehensive Benefits (for eligible staff) : Health insurance, paid sick-time, and more Provide skilled nursing care (trach / vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.) Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc. Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach / vent knowledge helpful but not required) Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Position Overview
As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.
