Appeals Representative

A company is looking for an Appeals Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve member and practitioner issues

Manage client denials and conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical documentation

Perform data entry and inventory management tasks

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of Appeals experience

1 or more years of Healthcare experience

Strong data entry skills

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work in a hybrid office setting (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
