Fellowship Community in Whitehall is seeking a Full‑Time Maintenance Technician to support our mission‑driven senior living community. This onsite role offers hands‑on work maintaining and improving our facilities through repairs, system upkeep, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal. You'll collaborate with a high‑performing team while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.
Under the direction of the Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you'll perform routine maintenance including cleaning, painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, and equipment operation. You may operate facility vehicles, be on call as needed, and must always treat residents with dignity, respect, and privacy.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of maintenance experience (healthcare preferred), knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety regulations, and strong communication skills. Physical stamina and a valid PA Driver's License are required. Familiarity with geriatrics and long‑term care is a plus.
