We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves hauling touch and no-touch freight along consistent local and shuttle routes. You'll be responsible for meeting daily load goals, performing pre- and post- trip inspections, and ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations. Schedule :

Home daily

Occasional Saturday may be needed

Compensation and Benefits :

• $23 per hour for shuttle loads
• $0.57 - $0.61 CPM (depending on experience) for local loads

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet daily load goals
• Pre- and post- trip inspections
• Maintain accurate and compliant logs
• Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
• DOT compliance
• Company policy compliance

Physical Requirements :

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Repetitive motions (steering, clutch, etc.)
• Regularly lifting up to 100 lbs with the assistance of a dolly
• Maneuvering units down ramps from elevated heights
• Climbing (into / out of truck cab and trailer)
• Exposure to weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Bending, kneeling, and squatting as needed and in tight spaces
• Reaching overhead (setting up ramps)

Wage Range : 0.57 - 0.61 per mile

• Class A CDL
• 21+ Years of age
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug screening
• Must not be in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Return-to-Dtuy (SAP) process
