We’re searching for a skilled, proactive, and reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties within the New England region and ensure our spaces are always safe, functional, and beautifully presented.

What You’ll Do
Facility Care & Repairs
- Perform routine inspections across assigned venues (ceremony sites, ballrooms, offices, suites, kitchens)
- Complete general repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, and power washing
- Maintain safety systems, lighting, and HVAC performance
- Oversee landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor lighting for ceremony spaces
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and quarterly inspection reports
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized support is required
Preventative Maintenance
Create and follow a preventative maintenance plan for each propertyTrack and document work orders, repair timelines, and maintenance needsEvent & Venue Support
Ensure all spaces are event-ready with proactive maintenanceRespond to urgent issues on event days as neededPartner with venue teams to prioritize maintenance based on event schedulesCollaboration & Communication
Work closely with Regional Managers and our Facilities Department on prioritiesProvide timely updates through reports or maintenance systemsSupport fellow regional technicians when needed to ensure coverage and timely resolutionWhat You Bring
3+ years in facility maintenance, building operations, or similar trade experienceGeneral knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and basic repairsAbility to troubleshoot issues and execute repairs safely and efficientlyStrong attention to detail with pride in maintaining polished, guest-ready spacesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (regional travel required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical work as neededComfort with technology and work order software (iPad-based systems)Familiarity with building codes, ADA standards, and safety complianceExperience using maintenance ticketing / work order systemsEnough about you; this is what you need to know about us : We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986.
