About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Aftersales Operations to lead a large, dynamic team and drive operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of aftersales functions, including field service, warranty administration, training, refurbishments, purchasing, and billing. This role is pivotal in ensuring that service operations align with company goals and customer needs, and the VP will be expected to collaborate with executive leadership and sales teams to achieve these objectives. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of directors, driving operational performance, and maintaining and growing annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, a proven track record of improving teams and production, and strong organizational skills to manage complex workflows across multiple departments.

Applicants for the VP of Aftersales Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in field service operations, with a background in manufacturing, material handling, or large-scale field service industries.
