Key Responsibilities
Design high-converting visual assets for websites, landing pages, paid ads, and organic social channels
Translate brand guidelines into performance-oriented, conversion-focused creative while maintaining brand consistency
Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data and user behavior insights
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital design for high-growth startups, D2C brands, or B2B SaaS companies
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing marketing creative
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
Data-informed mindset comfortable using performance metrics to guide design decisions
