The Peer Recovery Coach II engages, inspires and facilitates meaningful conversations with members which assist the members to explore, create and meet their own recovery goals. The PRC II serves to coach and guide other Peer Support professionals in the delivery of peer support services. PRC II provide peer services supervision in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and act as the peer services consultant to program leadership and other staff. The Peer Recovery Coach II may deliver educational supervision groups on the unique discipline of peer support services and the roles of peer support professionals.
Peer Recovery Coaches II provide consultation to the team to promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS) in which each member's point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected, and integrated into services and self-help programming. Additionally, Peer Recovery Coaches respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills which support a least restrictive environment for members served experiencing an emergency related to a mental health / addiction challenge.
Shifts Available :
Full Time; 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm; Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $21.49 - $26.25. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

AgeWise is a community-based program serving older adults. AgeWise serves a maximum of 600 individuals, aged 59+. Agewise's Strengths-Based Case Management is a consumer-driven and highly collaborative program. Teams work with members to identify needs and build a treatment plan that is collaborative and comprehensive. The goal is to assist people living in the community and ensure members are linked to housing, medical care, psychiatric care and natural supports. Agewise's Institutional Case Management (ICM) serves members who are conserved and placed in a long-term care facility. The program provides members with support in obtaining and maintaining benefits, care coordination, discharge planning, and advocacy. Members are assessed to ensure that they are placed in the least restrictive environment possible.
