Job Title : Financial Analyst

Summary : We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will be instrumental in driving financial insights through global reporting, business intelligence (BI) tools, and data warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

As a Financial Analyst you will :

• Lead and support global financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across regions.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize the data warehouse architecture for financial reporting and analytics.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
• Respond to daily ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams, providing timely and actionable financial insights.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Participate in the Company's annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly flash, and strategic planning process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize financial processes and reporting, ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers on all activities required to successfully complete projects.
• Work on other special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.
