Overnight Front Office Supervisor

This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
The Overnight Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. As the Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you will work independently to ensure the overall delivery of exceptional guest experiences and ensure that the night audit is performed effectively. You will communicate effectively with leadership and colleagues and set up all front office shifts for success. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
