Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide teams in an agile environment using agile methodologies

Train and support scrum teams to adhere to agile values and practices

Facilitate scrum events and monitor team progress and performance

Required Qualifications

Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred

3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required

Proficient in software programs

Organized and detail-oriented
