HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Hudson , Wisconsin .

Pay Details : $ 62.66 per hour

Shift Details : AS NEEDED BASIS (2-4 weekend shifts a month, 2-3 on call evenings a week)

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :

Accept and dispense prescription medications.

Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.

Identify patient's drug-related problems and effectively communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist :

Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin

Non-sterile compounding preferred, experience with on call / overnight shifts

Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
