Senior Associate, Marketing Procurement

The Senior Associate, Marketing Procurement will support HelloFresh's Global Indirect Procurement Team in delivering value across Marketing spend categories. This role is ideal for someone early in their procurement career who is eager to learn category management fundamentals, gain experience in sourcing, and build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You will assist with sourcing activities, contract management, data analysis, and vendor coordination while learning best practices in global procurement.

Strategic Sourcing

• Support the end-to-end RFx process by gathering requirements, preparing documentation, tracking supplier submissions, and summarizing results.
• Assist in price comparison exercises and review supplier proposals for accuracy.
